Preparing Matcha

1) Pour some hot water(80°) in the cup and warm the teacup and tea whisk.


2) Remove the water from the tea cup.

3) put a teaspoon of matcha powder in the teacup.

4) Pour in 60 ml of hot water (80°C) into the tea cup gently.

5) Dilute the powder into the hot water, then whisk the mixture with the tea whisk.

6) Whisk the Matcha swiftly with the wrist like drawing a M rapidly in the teacup.

7) The big bubble will form at the beginning, but then the bubble will become smooth as whisking.

8) Gently brush the big bubbles on the Matcha surface when the Matcha is mixed well.

9) Remove the tea whisk and enjoy the Matcha.
